This is a truly audiophile grade cable with transparent layer natural tone crisp and clear top end deep bass and expressive vocals. Most visibly speed is about transferring large files as quickly as possible or carrying enough data for hd video. For many applications the speed of digital communication is important. The only way it can be better is if it has dielectric bias system. This 3m lightning to usb cable is 3mm in diameter so i put a ferrite screen and belkin ac wart on it. The key is this cable requires days of run in before you hear the best of it the new one sounds shed in the mid range with heavy top and low ends. For 70 i expect better.

The cinnamon removed more fog letting me clearly see the musicians and their instruments though still not with absolute clarity. On the whole though this audioquest is both sweet and spicy with a confidence that will improve just about any system.
